• Hours of Operation
  We've designed our schedule to accommodate busy working professionals while maintaining a structured environment for our pet guests. Our dedicated team ensures your pets receive consistent care with our carefully planned operating hours.
  
  
  • Drop-offs: 7:00 am - 9:00 am daily (Monday-Friday)
  • Pick-ups: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm daily (Monday-Friday)
  • Saturdays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (no drop-offs, pick-ups only)
  • Sundays: Closed for daycare (boarding dogs only)

Please note: Boarding dogs not picked up by 11:00 am the following day will be charged for a day of daycare.

• Vaccination Requirements
  For the safety of all pets in our care, we maintain strict vaccination policies that protect both your pet and others. All documentation must be provided on your pet's first visit.
  
  
  • • DOGS REQUIRE: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
      
    • CATS REQUIRE: Feline distemper, Leukemia, and Rabies

All pets must be spayed or neutered before being accepted for daycare. Pets not spayed or neutered will be reviewed on a case by case basis for boarding separately from the other animals. There will be additional costs to accommodate the special needs for these pets.

• Medication & Special Care
  We're equipped to administer medications to pets requiring special care during their stay. However, for your pet's safety and our legal protection, all pet medications MUST be in the original container prescribed by a veterinarian.
  
  While we provide exceptional supervision and care, pet owners must bring their pet's food and any necessary medications to maintain their regular routine. Our staff is trained to follow your detailed care instructions and medication schedules precisely.

We're proud to support those who serve our community with a 10% discount for military, police, DOC, and all law enforcement personnel. Please present valid identification at check-in to receive this discount.

All reservations MUST be completed online through our reservation system to ensure proper staffing and accommodate all pets safely. No-shows may be subject to charges as they impact our scheduling and capacity planning.
