We ask that you bring your pet's regular food in pre-portioned bags or containers labeled with your pet's name and feeding instructions to maintain their routine and prevent digestive upset. If your pet takes medications, please bring them in their original containers with clear dosage instructions.

We're happy to administer medications at no additional charge as part of our standard boarding services. You're welcome to bring one or two familiar items that smell like home, such as a favorite blanket or toy, to help your pet feel comfortable.

However, please note that while we take the utmost care with personal items, we cannot guarantee they won't become lost or damaged during your pet's stay. For safety reasons, we don't accept rawhide chews, rope toys, or items with small, detachable parts that could pose a choking hazard.
