When subtle signs of potential conflict are observed, we immediately intervene using positive redirection techniques or by separating animals before escalation occurs. In the rare event that aggressive behavior does occur, our staff follows a clear protocol: immediately separate the animals involved, assess for any injuries, document the incident, and adjust supervision or grouping plans accordingly.

Pets that display concerning behavior may be moved to individual playtime sessions rather than group play. We maintain transparent communication with pet owners about any behavioral concerns that arise during their pet's stay.

For pets with known behavioral challenges, we work with owners to develop individualized care plans that might include separate play areas, additional staff supervision, or alternative enrichment activities.
