The check-in process at Camp Furry Paws is designed to be thorough yet efficient. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our front desk staff who will verify your reservation and review your pet's information.

For first-time guests, we'll collect detailed information about your pet's routine, preferences, medical needs, and emergency contacts.

You'll need to provide proof of vaccinations if we don't already have them on file. We'll then review and sign our service agreement and collect your payment information. After paperwork is complete, one of our pet care specialists will meet your pet and escort them to their accommodation, helping them settle in with any items you've brought from home.

Check-out is similarly straightforward—our staff will have your pet ready at your scheduled pickup time, provide a brief report on their stay, return any medications or personal items, and process any remaining charges.

We recommend allowing about 15 minutes for a first-time check-in and 5-10 minutes for checkout. To streamline future visits, we keep your pet's information and preferences on file for subsequent stays.
