We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to accommodate other pets when possible. For regular bookings, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund of any deposits.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a charge of one night's stay or forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations 3-6 days before the stay receive a 50% deposit refund, while cancellations with less than 3 days' notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For holiday periods (major holidays and peak summer months), we require a 50% deposit at booking and have a more structured cancellation policy due to high demand. Holiday reservations require 7 days' notice for cancellation to receive a full deposit refund.
